Cashback Dispute & Refund Policy

Overview

Alventis credits cashback when affiliate commissions are confirmed by merchants and their affiliate networks. Because cashback is earned through third-party affiliate relationships we do not have complete control over timing or confirmation. This policy explains what to do when something goes wrong.

Missing Cashback — Purchase Made But Nothing Appeared

If you made a qualifying purchase and cashback did not appear as pending within 7 days, check these first:

• Was the extension active at checkout? You must be installed and logged in for affiliate attribution to be placed.
• Did you complete the purchase in the same browser session where you used Alventis? Switching browsers or opening incognito can break attribution.
• Is the merchant on the 55 supported domains?

If all three apply and cashback still did not appear, email support@alventis.ai within 30 days of purchase with:

• Your order confirmation number
• Merchant name
• Approximate date and time of purchase
• Order amount
• Screenshot of your order confirmation if available

We will investigate with our affiliate network and respond within 5 business days. If the commission was missed due to a tracking error on our side we will credit the cashback manually.

Cashback Pending Too Long

Pending cashback typically clears within 30–90 days depending on the merchant's return window. Some merchants have windows up to 120 days. If your cashback has been pending for more than 120 days, email support@alventis.ai with your order details and we will investigate.

You Returned a Purchase

If you return a purchase that earned cashback, the cashback will be reversed. If the cashback was already available (cleared from pending), we will deduct the reversed amount from future earnings. If there are no future earnings to deduct from, we may request repayment of the reversed amount.

Payout Did Not Arrive

If you requested a payout and it did not arrive within 5 business days, email support@alventis.ai with:

• Your PayPal email address
• The date you requested the payout
• The amount requested

We will investigate with PayPal and respond within 3 business days.

What We Cannot Refund or Reverse

• Cashback forfeited when an account was terminated for violations
• Pending cashback not yet confirmed by the merchant at the time your account was closed
• Cashback from purchases you subsequently returned
• Referral bonuses where the referred user's purchase was later reversed or the account was found to be fraudulent

Response Times

• Cashback disputes: 5 business days
• Payout disputes: 3 business days
• Account closure payout requests: 30 days
