Alventis is for saving money on purchases you were already going to make. It is a tool for genuine shoppers who want coupons applied automatically and cashback credited honestly. It is not a tool for gaming reward systems, committing fraud, or abusing referral programs.
The following are prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, permanent forfeiture of your cashback balance, and potentially legal action:
Creating more than one account per person. This includes creating accounts for fake identities, using temporary email addresses, or creating accounts on behalf of others to claim referral bonuses.
Making purchases with the intent to generate cashback and then returning the items. This includes buying and returning gift cards or any technique designed to generate cashback without genuine shopping intent.
Submitting fake coupon codes, stolen coupon codes, or codes obtained through unauthorized access to merchant systems. Submitting codes that contain malicious content or are designed to harm our system or other users.
Attempting to access other users' accounts. Attempting to access our backend API without authorization. Attempting to scrape, reverse engineer, or decompile the extension or API. Attempting to manipulate our coupon ranking system or inflate affiliate commissions artificially.
Reselling cashback balances, account access, or referral links as a commercial service.
Providing false information when creating your account or when contacting our support team.
Alventis follows a GovernFirst principle for all AI features. No AI feature will be deployed until a published data governance policy exists for every data field that feature touches. Users can opt out of any AI feature by emailing support@alventis.ai. All AI inference calls are logged in our audit system. This policy will never be waived.
If you submit a coupon code to our community database you represent that the code is legitimate, obtained through normal means, and not fraudulent or harmful. We reserve the right to remove any submitted code at our discretion. We do not pay for coupon submissions.
Minor violations — such as a first-time duplicate account created by mistake — may result in a warning and account consolidation.
Serious violations — including fraudulent purchases, coupon fraud, system abuse, or reselling — will result in immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of all cashback balances.
Violations that constitute fraud or illegal activity will be reported to relevant authorities.
If you become aware of another user violating this policy, or if you discover a bug or vulnerability in Alventis, please report it immediately.
